6. Delivery of Products

We will deliver the ordered goods to the address given by you at the time you have made your order. Orders paid with credit card at other our sites can only be shipped to cardholders billing address.

We will try to deliver your goods within 10-18 business days (i.e. 2 weeks for EU and 3 wweks for US) but delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates that we give you for the delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, by the Postal Service, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering of the goods to you, unless caused by our negligence.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. Once the goods have been delivered we no longer have any responsibility for any loss or damage of the goods.

We do not ship orders with electronic payment methods (like AlertPay, for instance) made by new customers to P.O.Boxes/APO/FPO adresses to avoid credit card fraud. However, we can ship to APO/FPO and PO boxes all orders made by verified clients or offline payment method orders made by new clients.

In the case of goods arriving to the customer in a faulty or damaged condition, we will replace your order. However, you must present evidence (digital pictures). In cases where loss, damage or delay is due to an incorrect delivery address being given to us, a refund cannot be offered.

If you do not receive the purchased goods within 30 days of the date on which you have ordered them, you must notify us in writing at our contact address within 40 days of the date on which you have ordered the goods.
If the delivered goods are not what you have ordered, or are damaged or defective prior to the point of delivery, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, and provided that you have notified us accordingly within 14 days of delivery, our only obligation, at your option, will be: • to make good any shortage or non-delivery; or • to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective.
